Each year, we provide a progress report to the Infrastructure and Transport Ministers' Meeting. Our reports detail the implementation status of nationally agreed land transport reforms.

The ministers' meeting replaced the Transport and Infrastructure Council (TIC) in 2020.

Reform implementation monitoring reports

These reports provide the ministers’ meeting and our stakeholders with an assessment of implementation progress. They focus on national transport reforms and projects, and explain: 

  • implementation issues
  • successes 
  • departure from agreed recommendations.

We continue to monitor and report on reforms and projects until: 

  • participating state and territory governments have completed the final implementation milestone, or
  • there is a nationally agreed direction from ministers or senior officials that reform monitoring is no longer needed.
