The National Transport Commission (NTC) has launched a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for specialist advisory services to support the National Rail Action Plan reform program.

Answers to all questions received regarding the RFQ are now published here. 

The deadline for completed offers to be received by the NTC is 10 January 2025, 5pm AEDT. Please submit your offer via email to NRAP-Secretariat@ntc.gov.au.

Part D of the RFQ document needs to be completed for all offers submitted to the NTC, as per the instructions provided in the document.

A limit of 20 A4 pages (in addition to Part D) applies to all submissions, as per the instructions provided in the document.
