SYSTRA ANZ, a leading transport and mobility engineering group, has signed a historic agreement with Australia's Transport and Infrastructure Ministers to commit to improving national rail interoperability.
SYSTRA's Australia and New Zealand CEO, Alana Newbrook, signed the Memorandum of Cooperation for Interoperability at their Sydney office alongside the NTC's Executive Leader Dimi Rigas. SYSTRA is working with several states on key rail projects in Australia, including Sydney Metro, Cross River Rail and the Queensland Train Manufacturing Program.
The Memorandum of Cooperation, part of the National Rail Action Plan, supports government and industry efforts to consider national interoperability when planning future investments in rail.
Thank you to SYSTRA ANZ and other Memorandum of Cooperation signatories, which include Siemens Mobility, The SCT Group, Metro Trains Melbourne, Pacific National and more.
